I am SO excited and honored to have the opportunity to support you in your Menopause journey!
As a Health Coach- I have tons of tools to help you LEVEL UP your Health, by getting better sleep, more nutrition in your diet, creating a personal exercise routine, and reducing your stress levels. All while reducing hot flashes and night sweats.
My own journey began in 2021, after leaving an unhealthy marriage, in the midst of a pandemic, to live alone as a single woman again. After dealing with long Covid symptoms, something still didn’t seem right. I didn’t feel like myself. My energy levels were low. My sleep patterns were erratic, and I hardly ever felt rested. My joints ached. My workouts suffered. My stress and anxiety levels kept fluctuating. And I couldn’t seem to lose weight.
I was soon to celebrate my 50th birthday and I wasn’t feeling great. I was all of sudden feeling every bit of those 50 years. That’s when I enrolled in the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and also went to work with a functional medical doctor who specialized in hormone therapy.
I became obsessed with learning everything I could about sleep, nutrition, gut health, exercise, stress management and mindset. The way I approached my own health needed to be tweaked as my body and hormones were changing. That’s when I realized I needed to approach this as if I were at ground zero. This was a new me with different needs and I needed a beginner’s mind, filled with curiosity, to find what practices worked for the NEW me.

... so did I. I started DOING different things, TAKING different actions, and SHIFTING habits that brought me closer to my goals, and made me want to help other women just like me.
There were some obstacles along the way and moments of feeling defeated, but I persevered anyway.
Because I decided — I’m committed to finding my way out of this mess and BEING EVEN BETTER.
And I learned how to make lasting changes that worked for me.
The answers come from within each of us. We just have to be willing to see things in a different way, take a chance and be open to possibilities. It will result in a new way of BEING.
BEING MORE EMPOWERED. BEING STRONGER. BEING HEALTHIER.
This work has helped me to sleep better, feel healthier, feel stronger, understand how to regulate my nervous system and bring down stress levels, build a better relationship with myself to feel more confident and trusting in my decisions.
The final years of perimenopause into menopause can be filled with many ups and downs. It’s an emotional journey as much as a physical journey. Each woman has her own unique experience. No one approach will work for every woman. New information comes to light as more research is done on women’s health BUT we have some catching up to do. In the meantime, if we can tune into how our individual body responds to new foods, new practices, new exercise routines, we can become a NEW and IMPROVED version of ourselves.
Menopause can become a personal upgrade with acceptance and an open mind.
